TNF Reference Portal
- Built an internal web portal using Flask and SQLite to replace a scattered, file-based system for product documentation
- Consolidated product overview, process flow, materials, documentation, and deployment details into a single searchable platform
- Implemented full CRUD functionality, employee-based authentication, and an admin panel for department-wide access control
- Designed the system for handover, allowing the department to maintain it independently after the internship

PPM and Yield Dashboards
- Automated a manual, weekend-long PPM and yield reporting process by building four Power BI dashboards (PPM and Yield, for both Finishing and Test)
- Added slicers for year, lot type, product, and step name, along with KPI cards and trend charts on each dashboard
- Integrated over two years of historical production data by linking current daily records with archived weekly and monthly folders
- Debugged a data mismatch against engineers' reports by manually validating formulas, tracing the issue to step name filtering
